Stéphane Guivarc'h (born September 6, 1970) is a former football (soccer) player. He played for the French national side that won the 1998 FIFA World Cup.
Guivarc'h has played for Auxerre, Stade Rennais, Newcastle United, Rangers and En Avant Guingamp. While his style of play may have suited French football, Stephane is not well remembered by fans of Newcastle United or Rangers who viewed him as lazy and overpaid.
