The Stanford Law Review is a legal journal produced independently by Stanford Law School students. Founded in 1948, the Review's first editor-in-chief was future U.S. Secretary of State Warren Christopher. The review produces six issues yearly between November and May. It contains articles on current legal issues and other matters of law written by students, professors, lawyers and judges. The Law Review is widely heralded as one of the finest venues for publishing legal scholarship and hosts a yearly symposium that brings together some of America's finest legal scholars.
