Steven Smith (born April 12, 1983 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American professional basketball player, formerly in the NBA for the Philadelphia 76ers. Smith is a graduate of La Salle University, where he won the Atlantic 10 Player of the Year Award twice (2005 and 2006). He was waived by the 76ers in January 2007. In eight total games, he averaged 0.6 points and 0.8 rebounds.[1] He currently plays for the Anaheim Arsenal of the NBA Development League.
