[edit] Possible Tropical Depression
On January 25, 2006 a strong convection moved off the coast of Angola and moved parallel with the Equator. This storm may have been a tropical depression since it lasted for only two days.

On February 5, 2005 a storm formed in the Mid-Altantic. This storm probably reached subtropical storm status.
[edit] Possible Sub-tropical Storm
On February 8, 2006. A wikipedian detected a low pressure system off the coast of Africa near the Canary Islands. The User predicted a 10 percent chance of the system becoming Subtropical Storm Alberto in 24 hours, but later the user stated that the storm had lost its circulation and dissapated. However, in futher review of the satallite image, it looked like that the system possibly and breifly reached subtropical storm strength.

February 14, 2006 a possible tropical depression (or tropical storm) had formed in the South Atlantic Ocean.

On March 2, 2005 a possible tropical cyclone was detected in the South Atlantic Ocean.

On February 23 a strong convection was detected in Southern Africa. The convection intensifed untill being asorbed on the 24th. The storm may have reached tropical depression status.

[edit] Possible Tropical Cyclone
On February 1, 2006 a possible tropical cyclone was spotted by GOES-12 in the Mediterranean Sea. This storm may have reached tropical storm or minimal hurricane strength before making landfall in North Africa.

On February 23, 2006 a storm formed in the Mediterranean Sea. The storm moved northeastward before hitting Greece. This storm a may have reached subtropical status.
