Streamline Tower

Streamline Tower is a 21-story luxury condominium tower in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. Streamline Tower is on Las Vegas Boulevard one block north of Fremont. It is the only high-rise in the Entertainment District and likely to become the prestige address in the newly redeveloped downtown.
Streamline Tower is a $200 million high-rise condominium project. The contractor is Martin-Harris Construction, a local company. The architect is PGAL. It is located at 150 Las Vegas Boulevard. It will have 12,000 square feet of mixed-use retail on the main floor and 275 residences. Typically residences are priced from the low-$400,000s to more than $1.4 million and residence sizes range from 800 square feet up to 2,000 square feet.
