[edit] McCartney - Money from inheritance
Regarding an edit that someone made to remove 'inheritance' from Paul McCartney's sources of money. The vegetarian food label was produced in Linda McCartney (his then) wife's name. I am treating the Sunday Time Rich List as the authoritative source on this. Greg Robson 07:53, 6 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- But it's plain wrong. He was from a very modest background (Lennon was more middle class, but he hardly had an inheritance worth mentioning either). Here is the National Trust page about his childhood home [1] Oliver Chettle 12:57, 7 May 2005 (UTC)
- Please see [2] and [3]; Linda McCartney created a best-selling food range (worth £50m+), which would have been in her own name. She may also have had assets of Paul McCartney's for tax reasons.
- I am taking this from a documented source, which has its own rules and guidelines for assets of partners/family and often includes inheritance from partners. Because of this I ask that you add inheritance back in. Feel free to add to Paul and Linda McCartney's biographies to clarify any of these matters. Greg Robson 22:00, 7 May 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Nina Hagen
The article says that Nina Hagen is the youngest person on the richlist, but that article points to a German born in ~1955. There's no Nina Hagen on the list either.

- I've corrected this and a number of other statistics. mat334 | talk 03:39, Apr 24, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Reasons for non-wikification of new sections
Put simply, it's because it takes me twice as long to the disambiguation checks and type the markup. I suggest people link for those who are famous and prominent on WP. I'm hoping to get the rest up over the weekend, as my copy just sits there on my desk reminding me a lot of the time how it's a task that needs finishing! Greg Robson 21:38, 3 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Regions
Shouldn't England have an entry in the regions list? Njál 17:17, 7 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Criticism
Would it be worth adding the criticisms of the list? JK Rowling in particular has claimed that it values her absurdly based on very big estimations of the value of rights. Morwen - Talk 11:17, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Bad Links
The Joe Lewis link takes you to a young English goalkeeper rather than a Billionaire exchange dealer!
