[edit] On the subject of vanity pages
Can't see how a page in which i admit to being a choir boy somehow becomes a vanity project. All i wanted to do here was to detail the project, what it is and where it came from. There isn't much of an advertising possibility here, and this was no attempt to advertise.
So my question is, what constitutes a vanity wiki entry? Honestly? I'll liken this page to having developed a technology or a technique; should the originator not be allowed to detail the topic? If Einstein was alive, would he not be allowed to write an entry on the theory of relativity, because this would be an act of vanity?
When i put a page up that sells records and links to booking information or music or whatever, revise the hell out of it. As for now this is about as factual an entry on Sunjammer the artist as you can possible find, and as far as i can see there is no vanity.

You are no "notable" musician nor an artist. Face it. This is not factual.
Here are some rules off wikipedias vanity page guide:
The insertion of links that appear to promote products by pointing to obscure or not particularly relevant commercial sites. (Also called commercial links.)
The insertion of links that appear to promote otherwise obscure individuals by pointing to their personal pages. (Vanity links.)
The insertion of any textual personal biographical information within an article which does not significantly add to the clarity or meaning of the article.
In some cases, Wikipedia users write articles about themselves when the more appropriate action would be to create a user page. In these cases, the article is normally moved into the User namespace rather than deleted.
... "empty of any interest to anyone". The best way to increase the level of one's wide ranging interest to others is to first actually do something of interest itself, then wait for someone else who has a neutral interest in what you have done to write about it. Attempting to raise this type of interest in one's self or in one's associates via Wikipedia is putting the cart before the horse.

Again. What's with your anonymity. It's distracting. Point by point:
Any link from that list that might be seen as commercial, you're free to edit them out. A discography for an artist is not of no interest. The blog one, sure, it's arguably personal, but i'd be surprised to see a blog link being deleted from Trent Reznor's page for instance.
When biographical information is central to the subject matter, i'd reckon it's relevant.
The page is not a personal tribute. I can do that on my own site thanks much. It is meant to be an explanation of sunjammer the band. Bands *are represented on wikipedia*. Deal with it. For instance, system of a down or nine inch nails, both more elaborate than the Sunjammer entry by far. Why? Because you argue more have more interest in them because it is a broader subject matter? Your argument falls flat.
"Empty of interest to anyone" is a pretty bold claim from your half. Empty of interest to YOU perhaps, but considering the amount of shows Sunjammer has played, to fair critical acclaim (being compared with artists such as Venetian Snares for instance, who i might add also has a more detailed page).
Then, your first statement is riddled with bias. "Notable" wasn't even added by me, but by DragonFly in the first revision. Check the rev history before bringing up specifics. Stating i am not an artist is ignorance. I am a musician with a fair history of shows, releases and backing the scenes i've been a part of. I am as much an artist as the aforementioned Venetian Snares, and as such i am entitled to an entry for the project. Your personal bias belongs elsewhere.
I'll make another revision taking heed to the issues you have brought up.
