SupportDesk Appliance

The SupportDesk™ appliance is a remote support solution developed by NetworkStreaming, Inc. It enables a support rep to gain screen, mouse and keyboard control of a remote user’s computer for the purposes of technical support. The user must initiate the remote control session by clicking a link on the support rep’s website. SupportDesk™ works through firewalls without any firewall configuration and does not require a software client to be pre-installed on the remote user’s computer. SupportDesk™ may be used to gain control of almost any Windows-based PC no matter where it is located, even if it is behind a firewall. SupportDesk™ is the only product of its kind to be delivered on an appliance (a 1U rack-mounted device).
