Konstantin Sergeevich Pavlovsky (Russian: Константи́н Серге́евич Павло́вский) (born June 2, 1988) is a Russian inventor who was the first to use organic MEKP/AP detonators for explosives.
Konstantin was born in 1988 in Saint Petersburg, Russia. In 2005 he entered Saint Petersburg State University.

Since 2005 he has been working in the area of substances used as primary explosives. His contributions to the technology of primary explosives, especially investigations of organic substitutes for ordinary primaries allowed the direct use of MEKP/AP in electrical detonation. MEKP/AP is a liquid solution of organic peroxides of ethyl methyl ketone (2-butanone) and acetone (propanone).
