Suzaku can refer to:
- Emperor Suzaku, emperor of Japan
- Suzaku Avenue, one of ancient main streets eg. in Kyoto and Nara, Japan
- The ASTRO-EII spacecraft, a joint venture of NASA and the Japanese Space Agency JAXA was renamed "Suzaku" on July 10, 2005
- The Japanese name for Zhū Què, bird guardian of the South, and one of the Four Symbols of Chinese constellations
- Any of a number of anime, manga, or Japanese game representations or references to the aforementioned guardian of the South, including:
- A character in YuYu Hakusho who is the head of the Saint Beasts
- A character in Descendants of Darkness (Yami no Matsuei) who is one of Tsuzuki's shikigami, or guardian beasts
