Sydney Cohen CBE (born 18 September 1921) is Emeritus Professor of Chemical Pathology, Guy's Hospital Medical School.

He helped to found the Royal College of Pathologists in 1964. He was elected a fellow of the Royal Society and awarded the CBE in 1978.
He has retired to St. Andrews so that he can play golf at the [Royal and Ancient Golf Club], where he is a member.
