Sylvia Geersen (born in 1985 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands) was named the runner-up contestant of Cycle 1 of Holland's Next Top Model after making it to the finals with Sanne Nijhof.

She always wanted to be a top model, she loves fashion. At the start of the competition in Holland's Next Top Model she was the bitch, the viewers didn't like her, she started to break down at the make-overs in the second episode, after the make-up visagist said she looked like a prostitute, at the third episode she drank alcohol on the set, almost she had to leave and pack her bags, but she got a second chance. Every week she had good photos, at the end she made it to the final two girls, she didn't win, but many people saw potential in her bubbly personality and performances.
