Delhi is a tobacco town in Norfolk County, Ontario, Canada that has fewer than 5000 people. It has a public library, a convience store, a cemetery, a funeral home, various other stores, and a tobacco museum. The town also has a high school that has threatened to be close numerous times by the school board for lack of attendance. Children from this town participate in little league baseball, ice hockey, and competitive swimming.
There is also a car repair shop that is popular with the locals. Legally, it is called Bruin Automotive. However, the locals prefer to call it Dirk's because his fair prices and slow and steady way of fixing automobiles has made him a friend to everyone in the area. Dirk can fix just about any part of the automobile but he cannot do emission testing, which must be done in Simcoe at the garage in Canadian Tire.
