Demeter

Demeter is the goddess of farming in Greek mythology, and one of the Twelve Olympians. She is the daughter of Cronos and Rhea, and also the sister of Zeus.As a fertility goddess, she is sometimes identified with Rhea and Gaia.She is the mother of Persephone.Demeter brings forth fruits of the earth, particularly the various grains. Her sacred animals were the snake and the pig.
