Saxony, or officially Free State of Saxony (German: Freistaat Sachsen; Sorbian: Swobodny Stata Sakska), is one of 16 states of Germany. It is located in south-east, north of Czech Republic. The biggest city is Leipzig. The capital is called Dresden.
