Oskar za najboljši film (angleško The Academy Award for Best Picture) je ena od nagrad, ki jih podeljuje Ameriška filmska akademija. V spodnjem seznamu je prvi napisan zmagovalec, spodaj pa še ostali nominirani filmi. Filmi so razvrščeni po letu produkcije, tako je npr. oskarja za najboljši film leta 2000 dobil film, ki je bil posnet leta 1999. Kipec prevzame producent filma.

Naslovi filmov so prevedeni pri novejših in bolj znanih filmih, drugje so ohranjeni v izvirniku.
