Tanika Ray

Born on 20 February 1972 in Washington, DC. and raised in Los Angeles, Tanika Ray began her career as a dancer and actress.
Ray earned a bachelor of arts degree in theater arts from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, and studied theater at New York University.
Ray then shifted into television hosting, appearing on several TV shows.
One of her notable roles was providing the voice and body movements of "Cyber Lucy", the computer animated hostess of the children's games show Wheel of Fortune 2000. Ray stood offstage and performed the character as her movements were translated into the CGI construct that appeared on screen.
