In my day job, I'm an intellectual property law professor. In my spare time, I dabble in Wikipedia and Wikisource, as part of my general interest in the open access movement and the possibilities of peer production so well described by people like Yochai Benkler and Lawrence Lessig.
Lately I've been contributing mostly on Wikisource, and you can find my user page there. In time, I'll add Wikipedia articles for the cases I've posted on Wikisource that don't already have entries here.
Contributions here:
- BMG Music v. Gonzalez, a digital copyright case
I also did some cleanup work on
- Lexmark Int'l v. Static Control Components, a case under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
