Taylor Bradshaw

A little known Paul Bunyan-like folk hero, the story of Taylor Bradshaw was a children's bed-time story that was popular on Vancouver Island up till the late 50's.
It is believed that the tale may have actually been a modified retelling of the story of Paul Bunyan, but it was changed so that the new hero, Taylor Bradshaw, rode a giant black bear instead of a blue bull, and ate tremendous amounts of smoked salmon instead of flapjacks.
