Telempe was the first of three children.

Telempe's first school, in which he tended for only one year, was the Tallinn 20^th High School. The next he changed schools and begun to tend in the Tallinn 9^th High School, which was renowned for its high quality of English and natural sciences education. The school moved in 1996 and changed its name to Tallinn English College.

Since September 1, 2006 is a student at Tallinn University of Technology and on completement will receive BSc degree in Mechatronics.
