Tempo sustainable design network

Tempo is an unincorporated, not-for-profit, association of designers, other professionals, students and laypersons interested in how design can contribute to a sustainable future. Tempo is a network of members linking to other networks. Tempo believes in the holistic benefits that Design for Sustainability, that is, design focused on economic, environmental and socio-cultural well-being - can bring to human, social, cultural, technological and economic development. Tempo believes in design that encourages development to maintain, or restore, the well-being of the environment and ecosystems of which mankind is a part. Tempo is based in Falmouth, Cornwall, United Kingdom and was founded in May of 2003.
