State Highway 38 or SH 38 is a discontinued state highway in the U.S. state of Texas. It has been designated twice, both of which were cancelled by 1938. The first designation was a route from Greenville north through Honey Grove to the Oklahoma border. By 1933 it had been renumbered as part of SH 34. The route was instead reassigned to a new route from Galveston to Sugar Land. By 1938, this route had been reassigned to SH 6. This route number has not been used since.
