Dianetics: The Evolution of a Science
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dianetics: The Evolution of a Science by L. Ron Hubbard is the original article published in Astounding Science Fiction (May 1950) that introduced Dianetics.
In 1955, the article was expanded into a book of the same name (Bridge Publications, ISBN 1-4031-0538-3; not to be confused with the larger and more well-known book Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health). The 1972 edition of the book was published with a cover that depicted white-clad men loading boxes into a spaceship, which some have speculated[citation needed] is a reference to the story of Xenu.
