A previous article with this title was recently deleted after a brief discussion beacuse editors felt it was advertising. I did not read that article before it was deleted, so I don't know if I have avoided the same pitfalls. I have written this article based primarily on information from an article in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that was published 9/14/05. If people still have concerns, please discuss here.
