I moved the entire article concerning "The Invisible Man" TV series onto a new page. I deemed it necessary to separate these media productions from the novel. As I'm new to Wikipedia, if you see any errors please streamline the page as you see fit. JiangWei23 14:41, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Dermaplex
The article says "a special material, called Dermaplex, that has the same properties as the skin". But as far as I remember (and it was aired quite a while ago so I may be wrong). Dermaplex does not feel the same as skin. In one episode the invisible man helps a blind woman who ofcourse can not see that he is invisible, but feels that his skin is different when wearing the mask. // Liftarn 13:10, 30 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Invisible Woman
Wasn't there a short-lived Invisible Woman TV show (1983?)? I believe it starred Alexa Hamilton and Bob Denver. Or did it not go beyond the pilot movie? US 71 16:31, 18 September 2006 (UTC)
- I looked it up, and there was such [a show]. But where do we put this information? Should it go in this article as a spin-off? Should it go in its own article? There's already an article called The Invisible Woman about the 1940's film. Invisible Woman is about the Fantastic Four team member. Regardless, I think that this discussion should take place on Talk:The Invisible Woman. I'll copy this stuff over there. Val42 16:37, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Split most info into seperate articles
Since the individual television series have little in common other than having an invisible central character, I seperated most of the information into individual articles for each show (some of these articles already existed, in fact). That way the individual show articles can be properly categorized. Links to the actual show articles are also provided within this article. Dugwiki 20:37, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
- Note - Since the individual show articles are already categorized under the various television show categories (eg. Category:1970s TV shows in the United States) I removed those categories from this article as it creates duplicate categorization for the same program. Dugwiki 20:42, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
