Talk:The Nacirema Dream
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Is Getting Gwap an album single or a just mixtape track.
It's just a mixtape track, pap stated in an interview it's to "hold people over until the next tape/retail drops"
I'm Gettin' Gwap was confirmed a single during Papoose's performance on 106 and Party(106 and Park) on New Years Eve.
- Papoose himself didn't say this, Busta Rhymes did and there was no confirmation, he just said a new single from papoose, meaning it COULD be a final track or another whitelabel track. poooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooop
[edit] wow
i dont know why people dont want to beleive this, but stated in this interview http://www.myfoxny.com/myfox/pages/Home/Detail?contentId=2551475&version=2&locale=EN-US&layoutCode=VSTY&pageId=1.1.1 the reporter says that Ghetto Soldier Feat. Akon (after the opening commercial) will be on the new album, ive put it on the page like three times but some retards keep deleting it. Papoose is sitting right next to her and DOESNT SAY IT ISNT GONNA BE ON THE ALBUM.
Only reason i remove it is because you don't know how to add shit to wikipedia, when you add it and go back and look at it, do you honestly think it doesn't look fucked up? If you add it correctly with the source at the bottom of the page then it's no issue.
oh ok...yeah i tohught somebody was just not even giving the interview video a chance and just deleting it...and yeha it would look fucked up. if you can put it in thatd be cool or just type how so i can do that to other pages with the references. thanks.
[edit] Confirmed Tracks
In the new Scratch March/April 2007 issue (Presented by XXL), it has Game, Nas, and Will.I.Am. on the front, i copped it and i saw an article on Papoose and The Nacirema Dream, Pap says that there will be tracks named/produced by the following: - "Z To A" (Produced By DJ Kay Slay) - Basically alphabetical Slaughter backwards, with all new words - "Homicide" (Produced By DJ Kay Slay) → (Law Library, Pt. 4) - "Untitled Track" (Produced By DJ Premier) - "Untitled Track" (Produced By Focus) - "Untitled Track" (Produced By Swizz Beatz) - "Untitled Track" (Produced By Pharrell)
- All of the previous comments were told to Scratch Magazine by Papoose himself, go cop the mag to get the descriptions of the other untitled tracks. one.Name01870 23:33, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
