The Bible Experience

The Bible Experience is an audio presentation of the Bible featuring the voices of prominent African-Americans, including actors, authors, rappers, singers, gospel artists and others. It is available in CD and MP3 formats. Soon, it will be available in additional formats.
It is 70 hours long, and includes various dramatic presentations, including singing, background music, sound effects, and reading.
The New Testament was released in late 2006. The Old Testament is scheduled to be released in Fall of 2007.
It is released by Zondervan Publishing House and Inspired by Media Group.
