The Big Buzz is an episode of That's So Raven.

It's time for the Bayside High school award ceremony and every year someone wins Best Dressed category and Raven comes in second place. This year Raven is guareenteed Best Dressed with the help of the school's guidance counselor, Ms. Romano (Susan Lucci). However, Raven's hopes are dashed when a new competitior is on the rise. The new competetor was Jordache Hiltopper, daughter of a famous designer, and Raven is convinced that she can't win the Best Dressed, but she gets a vision of Chelsea saying "Ray, they love your dress", and mistakes it for the judges loving her dress. So she makes a special dress made entirely out of flowers, but Chelsea's Beekeeping club accidentally let the bees out and they started to chase Raven around the school, until she falls in the pool, and she has to go back onto the stage so that the voting can go, but it turns out that when Senorita Rodriguez was waving a bee (Arthur, as Chelsea calls it) away form Ms. Romano's head the people thought that she was declaring Ms. Romano as a nominee too, and they voted her the Best Dressed, but this was only because Raven had given her advice on how to improve her wardrobe, because her clothes had been drab and dull before. Meanwhile, Tanya says that a special day for Victor and her is coming up, so Cory advices Victor to buy Tanya a present. When Tanya finds his present for her, she gets a present for him. But at the end, Tanya says it was the day to polish the floors.

- This episode was a nod to Susan Lucci who always came in second in the Emmy nominations always losing out to someone else in the end, "out of the blue" as Raven put it.
- At the end of the episode, Lucci spoofs her losing streak of not winning an Emmy for "All My Children" for 19 years. She spoofs it by winning a farming award her character didn't win for years.
- Sixth appearance of Senorita Rodriguez (Rose Abdoo)
