The Center School (Manhattan)

The Center School is a public middle school located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York City, United States.
This school was founded by Elaine Schwartz in the 1970s, and as of 2006 she is still serving as the Director. This is a small school with 200 students from the 5th to 8th grades. The school has very small classes of about 12 to 18, and mixes grades in all classes except for Math and Latin (the only language that is taught to all students).
