The Gap, New South Wales

The Gap is a spectacular ocean cliff, in eastern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It is located in the eastern suburb of Watsons Bay, near South Head.
The Gap is famous for its natural scenic beauty, but also notorious as a location of a reported 4-5 suicides each year. People leap from The Gap on to the rocks below. Many people have slipped from the rocks, which makes it a dangerous place to be if you don't keep to the paths and stay behind the barriers.
