Everyone is back home in Newport and Marissa is recovering. Julie points the finger at Ryan and forbids him from seeing Marissa, who does not appreciate the help. Sandy starts his new job, but finds himself surprised by the casework. Kirsten finds herself surprised by Sandy's hot new co-worker. Ryan enrolls at Harbor School, with conditions. Julie betrays Jimmy and Marissa. Marissa moves in with her father.

(Seth opens the door, and Summer is standing with her eyes covered.)
Seth: I'm not naked.
(Summer opens her eyes.)
Summer: I don't get it, what kind of family do you have, Cohen?
Seth: The kind where mothers and sons wear clothes all the time. Even in the shower.
