The Silver Branch is a fantasy novel by Patricia Kennealy published in 1988. Set in the far future, it takes place on a group of planets populated by descendants of the Celts of Earth history. Published after the other two books in the trilogy (The Copper Crown and The Throne of Scone), its events take place before theirs. The story follows the early life of Aeron Aoibhell through her training as warrior and druid, the circumstances of her accession to the throne, and her first actions as ruler.
