The Ups and Downs is the debut album by singer-actress Sara Paxton, which is currently scheduled for release in 2007. The album is said to be a 'fun, upbeat and personal' album. The album has been pushed back because Paxton wanted to focus on her acting career at the time.

The first official single from the album will be "Here We Go Again," and was released on August 16, 2006.[1] The song also went for radio adds on September. After the flop of "Here We Go Again", the next single has been confirmed to be "Temporary". The song "Connected" was also a single, but there has been no video for it.
