The Yallambee Classic is a Group 2 Australian thoroughbred horse race for horses aged 3 years old, over a distance of 1200m. It is held at Morphettville Racecourse in Adelaide.

1981 – 1985 was a Listed Race
1986 – 1990 was a Group 3
1991 onwards Group 2
1981 - 1987 the race was known as the ‘Great Western Plate’
1988 - 1989 the race was known as the ‘Carrington Blush Plate’
1990 - 2000 the race was known as the ‘Angus Brut Classic’
2001 onwards the race has been called the ‘Yallambee Classic’.
