[edit] Saint-Martin and Saint-Barth - NOT YET!!!
I see you have added to Overseas collectivity and Overseas departments and territories of France that Saint Martin and Saint-Barth are Overseas collectivities since the bill has passed. This is not correct. The bill has passed but it will be another six months before this status is effective after the law published in the official journal.
