Ripon Cathedral is one of 42 Anglican Cathedrals (POV: not one of the most prestigious) and he is only Assistant Organist there, not Director of Music. Having said that, reports of his initial work in the article show talent and promise more. If it's put up for AfD, I'd say keep. But what do I know? I've only been WP-ing a short while...
