Thom Goolsby

Thom Goolsby is a Republican politician from the U.S. state of North Carolina. Goolsby ran for the position of North Carolina Attorney General in the North Carolina Council of State election, 2004 but lost the Republican primary.
According to his law firm's website, Goolsby was born in Dothan, Alabama and raised in Ellijay, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from The Citadel and then served for four and a half years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. After that, he earned his MBA at Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California and his law degree from the University of North Carolina Law School.
