Thomas Arnold Harvey (born 17 April 1878 in Dublin, Ireland; died 25 December 1966 in Dublin) was an Irish cricketer and Rugby Union player.
As a cricketer, he was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium pace bowler who played three times for Ireland, his debut coming against South Africa in June 1901. He then played two first-class matches against Oxford University and Cambridge University in 1902.
He also played eight matches for Ireland at Rugby Union, without scoring in any of them.
