Tiburon Speedway
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tiburon Speedway is a fictional NASCAR Nextel Cup Series racetrack that was featured in NASCAR Thunder 2003, and NASCAR Thunder 2004. Tiburon is supposed to be located in Florida. The track is 3 miles long, and has 40 degrees of banking in the turns. It is a knock off track similar to Daytona International Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway. The trademark of Tiburon Speedway is that it is run in the opposite direction of every other NASCAR oval race (you turn right, instead of left) and Tiburon allows you to run without restrictor-plates, so speeds can hit 220-240 mph (about 354-386 km/h) easily. The name Tiburon is the name of the production studio Tiburon, which makes the NASCAR videogames along side EA Sports.
