Tico-Tico no Fubá

Tico-Tico no Fubá is the title of a renowned Brazilian choro music piece much celebrated by Carmen Miranda in the 1940's which was composed by Zequinha de Abreu.
Choro (literally translated meaning lament) is also popularly known as chorinho in the affectionate diminutive form of Brazilian portuguese.
Tico-Tico no Fubá was recorded and made popular internationally by Carmen Miranda and Ray Conniff.
A biographical movie by the same title was also produced in the 50's by a Brazilian film studio Companhia Cinematográfica Vera Cruz with Anselmo Duarte playing the main role.
