"To Your Health" is an episode of the television drama Oz.
Synopsis: Bob Rebadow is beaten up and has his mail stolen by Kenny Wangler, Bob admits to Donald Groves that he is scared at his frailty and the way older prisoners are treated and tries to escape but falls down the stairs. A cell block for old prisoners is proposed by staff but the Governor turns it down. Ricardo Alvarez is diagnosed with Alzheimers and Eduardo and Miguel take care of him which brings the three generations together. Groves has a toothache and is scared of the dentist who is just as scared of Groves due to Groves' reputation as a cannibal. Groves is pleased to hear from Scott Ross that a collector would pay a lot for one of Groves' teeth.
Tobias Beecher is made to sing in the talent show in drag which amuses everyone except Ryan O'Reily and Sister Pete. Sister Pete realises that he takes drugs to punish himself for his crimes and it is the same mentality that causes Beecher to allow Vern Schillinger to torment him. Beecher meets the mother of the girl he ran over while drunk driving who screams at him and says she hopes he rots in hell. Schillinger is disgusted by Beecher's continued drug use, despite his orders not to, and makes him a shirt bearing the Confederate Flag knowing it will cause Beecher to be attacked by the many black inmates of Oz. Beecher goes to O'Reily for help who gives him PCP. While under the influence of PCP he goes to Schillinger's pod and throws a chair at him causing a shard of glass to cut Schillinger's eye. The gleefull inmates cheer and applaud Beecher and mock the despised Schillinger. A humiliated Schillinger vows revenge.
Nino Schibetta assigns O'Reilly to head of kitchen infuriating Simon Adebisi. The two decide to kill Schibetta by placing finely ground glass in Schibetta's food, hoping to kill him and take over his drug trade.
A new inmate appears, Jackson Vahue. An NBA star accused of attempted rape, he is a hero of Augustus Hill who begs Tim Mcmanus to allow him to sponsor the star. Vahue is an arrogant drug taker and pressures Hill, who has been clean for months to take drugs. Vahue also refuses to do his work assignment as he feels it is beneath him.
A new inmate, Huseni Mershah arrives in Oz for the attmepted murder of a Hasidic Jew and is keen to make the Muslims more militant.Kareem Said disapproves but tolerates him.Said refuses to take drugs for his high blood pressure thinking they will mess with his head and has a heart attack. Mershah sees this happen and refuses to help him seeing it as a golden opportunity to take over Oz's sizable muslim population and make them more powerful. The CO's notice and Said is rushed to hospital
