Toirano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Savona in the Italian region Liguria, located about 70 km southwest of Genoa and about 30 km southwest of Savona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,253 and an area of 18.6 km2.[1]
Toirano borders the following municipalities: Balestrino, Bardineto, Boissano, Borghetto Santo Spirito, Castelvecchio di Rocca Barbena, and Ceriale.
