Tom Burgmeier

Thomas Henry Burgmeier (born August 2, 1943 in St. Paul, Minnesota) played for St. Cloud Cathedral High School from 1957-1961 when he led the Crusaders to a 1961 State Championship. He had a 17-year career from 1968 to 1984. He played for the California Angels, Kansas City Royals, Minnesota Twins, Boston Red Sox and Oakland A's all of the American League. He is currently the pitching coach of the Omaha Royals.
He was elected to the American League All-Star team in 1980.
