Thomas ("Tom") Francis Farrell (born 18 January 1944) was an American athlete who competed mainly in the 800 metres. He attended academic and athletic powerhouse Archbishop Molloy High School in Queens, NY
He competed for the United States in the 1968 Summer Olympics held in Mexico City, Mexico in the 800 metres where he won the bronze medal.
