Tom Smith (born 14 December 1985 in Bristol, England) is an Welsh rugby union footballer, who has captained the Wales Under 21 Rugby Team. He was educated at Dyffryn Comprehensive School. He has one brother named Matthew Smith. He plays his club rugby for Neath, Smith is also part of the Ospreys Academy Team.
He made his debut for the Ospreys as a replacement against Connacht in February 2007.
