Tomatin

Tomatin is a village on the River Findhorn in Strath Dearn in the Scottish Highlands. Tomatin in Strathdearn is a small village aprox 16 miles from Inverness. It contains a small local shop and a large malt whisky distillery. The river Findhorn starts at Coinafearn a large game estate near Tomatin and then passes through Tomatin village itself.

Now bypassed by the A9 trunk road it is sixteen miles south of the city of Inverness.
