Tommy Phelps

Tommy Phelps (born March 4, 1974 in Seoul, South Korea) is a professional baseball player who most recently played for the Milwaukee Brewers. He began his Major League career in 2003 with the Florida Marlins, where he spent two seasons, pitching in 36 games (starting 11) and won three games, losing two. He pitched in 29 games with the Marlins, recording no wins and two losses. He was signed to a minor league deal with the New York Yankees, and is currently playing for their Triple A Affiliate, Columbus Clippers.
