Top Back is a song by hip-hop artist T.I., from his album King. It was produced by Mannie Fresh and released as a single in a remixed version from the album Grand Hustle Presents: In Da Streetz Volume 4. "Top Back" was already getting radio play in its original version before the remix was released.

The remix features rappers Young Jeezy, Young Dro, Big Kuntry and B.G..
T.I. performed the remixed version of this song without Young Jeezy at the BET Hip Hop Awards on November 15, 2006. Young Jeezy didn't perform with T.I. partly because he performed three times at the awards.
T.I. has also created and released music video for the remix. It is his fifth single to have a video . The video appeared on BET's Access Granted on December 6, 2006.
Lil Wayne made a freestyle of the song on his mixtape Da Drought 3.
City Boy made a freestyle also on the song on his upcoming mixtape The Resolution: Volume 1.

The video was filmed in Miami at an airport. The first scene begins with Young Jeezy rapping his verse describing different cars by comparing the colors to other objects. During that scene they are showing a bunch of different cars and rims. Young Jeezy sporting his new physique, he revealed that he lost over 30 pounds. After that scene T.I. was spitting the chorus to song. Next scene is Young Dro rapping. He was standing next to a lime green chevy which also matched the pants he was sporting. He was describing the cars he have by comparing them to other objects, and the size of rims. The cars in the video were provided by General Motors
Third scene is Big Kuntry is rapping his verse. He was shown sitting in the car with a bunch of ladies. He was describing how he always driving his cars. Fourth scene is B.G. a.k.a. Baby Gangsta, rapping in a calm fashion and standing in front of a dark red car with a bunch of other women. Last scene is T.I., who was energized in the video. People have mentioned that T.I. was acting wild and violently in the video. T.I. makes reference to his deceased friend, Phil, in the line where he says, "... I cut it up I bet I can let Phil hear it..." while he points to the sky. He also makes reference to Phil's killers when he says "I'm lookin for them niggaz, where they at? Stop hidin'!".
At the end, when the two T.I.'s are racing, it is symbolizing his alter ego's, T.I. and T.I.P. T.I. is in the nice car, and looks dressed up. T.I.P. is in the old, souped up car, and looks more rugged
T.I. appeared in Chevrolet's Super Bowl XLI commercial performing his single Top Back Remix. Also it appeared in Chevrolet's Impala commerical, only portions of the video can be seen. Also T.I. replaced "...with a chopper in the back..." with "...with my Impala wet black..." (the lyrics from his verse in the remix) in the commercial.
A silver Fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro concept is also seen throughout the video.
