Neil McNeil High School is a Catholic secondary school in Scarborough, Ontario that operated a junior ice hockey team in the Metro Junior A League for one season in 1962-63. When St. Michael's College discontinued its hockey program after the 1961-62 season, the Toronto St. Michael's Majors team transferred to Neil McNeil High School, becoming the Toronto Neil McNeil Maroons.
The Neil McNeil team, much like the Majors, finished in first place in the Metro Junior A league and competed for the J. Ross Robertson Cup. In 1963, coached by Jim Gregory, the Maroons lost to the Niagara Falls Flyers in the finals. On the ice the team was led defensively by goaltender Gary Smith and defenceman Jim McKenny, and in goal scoring by Mike Corbett (44), Gary Dineen (32), Rod Seiling (29), Billy MacMillan (25), and Mike Walton (22).
When the league folded in 1963, the Junior A hockey program at the school also ended. Eight different players from the Maroons, and their coach Jim Gregory, transferred to the Toronto Marlboros for the 1964 season.
