- PS: The article "Trans-Border Institute" was deleted for two reasons. 1) It was a copyright violation and plagiarism, copied from http://www.sandiego.edu/about/communityservices/international.php. 2) It did not assert the notability of the institute. I suggest that if you want to recreate ythe article you first find some 3rd-party sources which cover the institute, and then summarize their reporting in your own words. -Will Beback · † · 06:00, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

Please take a few minutes and familiarize yourself with the Wikipedia guideline WP:COI (Conflict Of Interest). It may not necessarily preclude you from editing the Trans-Border Institute article, but you should keep the guidance under consideration when editing. Also, as mentioned before, be very careful not to use direct text without attribution and always try to keep an encyclopedic tone in your editing. Thanks for uploading Image:TBI Mapping Project1.gif. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
